      You’ll get a longer history with an RSS feed.

    thanks for the tip, but the RSS feed is only real-time, right? do you know any way to archive the search results over time?

    Hi Laura,

    Thanks for the explanation. I knew I’d done this before. However, since Twitter upgraded recently, I can’t seem to find this functionality anymore.

    Do you know how I can still pull RSS feeds from searches or particular users?

    You can use http://search.twitter.com/operators to create detailed search queries on http://search.twitter.com. When you perform your query there is a link on the right “Feed for this query” that serves an atom feed.
