I live by google alerts. I write for Punchline Magazine (a stand-up comedy site that features interviews, news, reviews, and a blog) I get the latest news about my niche topic (keywords I chose) sent to my inbox every day. Every now and then, I get something totally unrelated or lots of press releases, but other than that its great.
