If you are in the corner and have got no money to go out from that, you will have to take the mortgage loans. Because it would help you for sure. I take commercial loan every year and feel myself great because of it.

You know…I have to tell you that before I started reading your stuff I thought Twitter was the dumbest thing on the planet. (I say this because of the first item on you list up there.) I can’t believe I’m saying this but I love it now…and I’m well on to realizing something I didn’t know I wanted because of it.

Laura, Terrific interview! I am quickly become a fan of your blog with all its high quality content right in line with my interest of starting a blog covering social media and commercial real estate. I found the story of your career path very interesting and inspirational. My career is shifting directions from a commercial real estate (CRE) broker to a blogger of Social Media and CRE and aspiring consultant on the subject.

Great tips: 1) Nurture your small audience with quality content. (You’re still providing HQ content with a large audience. A sign of a true professional) 2) Originality offers differentiation.

Question: Right after mentioning the two items above, you said “blog for your customer’s not the industry” Could you please expand on that idea? It seemed important but I just didn’t get my head around that one.
